elekere.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order:
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase on elekere.com. We have sellers who offer free delivery for items purchased from their stores. Where there is no free delivery attached to the item(s) sold, you will be billed for shipment. Fees vary depending on the receiver’s location.
Elekere now offers same day delivery service at an extra shipping cost. For now, this service is limited to specific areas in Lagos state. Details of your total charges can be seen once you check out of your cart. The prices listed for all items on the website are final and all-inclusive.
Pay-on-Delivery (P-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Debit card and Netbanking). In the P-o-D payment terms or P-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery with cash or by using our Point of Service (POS) terminal, rather than paying in advance. This is currently available in certain areas of Lagos
The maximum order value for a cash P-o-D payment is N100,000. There is no limit on the POS P-o-D payment. It's strictly a cash or debit card only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers cannot be used for P-o-D orders.
Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a P-o-D order.
We accept all cards such as VISA, Verve and MasterCards - only Nigerian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Debit card details remain confidential and private. Elekere.com and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
We accept Debit Cards issued by all the Nigerian banks.
Your Elekere.com wallet is similar to a real-life wallet where you can store money against your purchases. You make payments from your wallet if it has been loaded through bank transfers, bank deposits, promotional credits or simply giving cash to our dispatch riders at the point of delivery.
